Who We Are
Why We Started Dance & Share
Dance is one of the most powerful forms of human expression, but costumes, competition fees, and performance attire can cost hundreds of dollars per outfit. For many families, that price tag means a talented dancer never gets to step on stage.
Dance & Share was founded on a simple belief: no dancer should sit on the sidelines because of cost. We collect gently used and new dance costumes and redistribute them free of charge to dancers whose families cannot afford them.
Every costume we give represents a child who gets to stand in the lights, feel the music, and experience the transformative magic of performance. That moment is priceless. And it belongs to everyone.
